Community Improvement Plan

This program provides for a refund of the fees for a Planning approval or a Demolition or Building Permit (Building Permit fee rebate would be up to a maximum permit value of $250,000). Parkland dedication or cash-in-lieu would be waived for new developments.

The rebate will apply to most municipal fees for Building and Planning applications, such as:

• Demolition Permit

• Building Permit (including occupancy permits)

• Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments

• Minor Variances

• Consents to Sever

• Site Plan Control and Development Agreements

• Plans of Subdivision and Condominium

• Rental Housing Protection Act applications

• Sign Permit applications
